No cancellation Will Be Entrained on Telephone A written Application must be Accompanied along with the reservation slip for cancellation Of change of date of journey
In case of air condition unit fails in A/c coach ,pro-rata will be given at our head office
We are not responsible for delays or cancellation of trips on account of breakdown accident, riots etc. and due to any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control in to any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control in case of cancellation, proportionate refund will be granted we are not responsible or providing any alternate transport arrangement.
Pet animals/birds are not allowed to be carried in the coach.

Tickets slip is not valid for L.T.C claim.
Cancellation charge are as under
1. More Than 48 hrs. Before departure time from starting point -20% of fare
2. More Than 24 hrs. But less than 48 hrs. before departure time from starting point- 30% of fare
3. More Than 12 hrs. But less than 24 hrs. before departure time from starting point- 35% of fare
4. Less than 12 hrs. before departure time of after departure from starting point - 100%
